- Your team/squad must consist of 14 players 11 starts and 3 subs.
- Your squad must always conform to a 4-4-2 formation and therefore have 1 goalkeeper, 4 defenders, 4 midfielders and 2 forwards. Your three subs can be from any position.
- You are given a budget of virtual millions of Pounds to buy players from the player list in toffleague.
- Player selection can not exceed this budget.
- You may only add a maximum of four players from the same football club to your team meaning you can't have five Arsenal players for instance.
- You may register as many teams to join as many games as you want.
- Submission of your team selection must be performed before the specified deadline of each game which is usually Friday evenings.
- You can transfer out players not meeting up due to injury or slackness and replace them with other available players.
- Only 4 transfers are allowed per game within a week for an active game.
